ProceDo, has developed a document scanning software that handles high quality document capture , directly at the point of sale, and organizes the centralized storage.
The software initializes the trade process directly from the scanner. Shortcuts, used to specify the type of document to scan, the document processing required (OCR, barcode, etc.) and the destination folder, are displayed to the user via the scanning interface of the scanner (touch screen).
The software gives direct access to automatic document processing on a Server, thereby guaranteeing conformity and reducing the process time lag associated with slow and costly paper document distribution.
